Moncalieri outside the "corona di delitie"

It was the period when the sumptuous buildings of the "crown of delitias" were built around the subalpine capital. For Moncalieri, however, the restoration works, of new decoration and new furnishings - according to the right of the nineteenth century - were substantially limited to the "royal apartments", in particular those of Vittorio Emanuele II, Princess Maria Clotilde and her niece Maria Letizia Bonaparte.
