An evocative medieval ruin guarding the hamlet of the same name, surrounded by cliffs, erratic boulders, vineyards and chestnut groves.
The castle, now reduced to ruins, is still fascinating and remarkable in the landscape at the entrance to the Valle d'Aosta. It can be reached on foot along one of the medieval mule tracks that formed the numerous variants of the Via delle Gallie. From the ruins there is a beautiful view of the hamlet and the surrounding area, characterised by cliffs.
